Dars-e-Masnavi by Hazoor Shykhul Alam Hazrat Pir Muhammad Alauddin Siddiqui (RA) are collection of videos from the Masnavi of Moulama Roomi (RA). Jalal-ur-Din Muhammad Roomi was born on 30th September 1207 and died on 17 December 1273. He was a Persian Poet of 13th century. In addition he was a great Jurist, Islamic Scholar, Theologian, and Sufi mystic. His poems were translated into many languages by many writers and speakers. He wrote much in Persian, but sometimes he also used Turkish, Arabic, and Greek. His most famous book was Masnavi or Masnavi, composed in Konya. His poetry has influenced not only Persian literature, but also Turkish, Ottoman Turkish, Azerbaijani, as well as the literature of some other Turkic, Iranian, and Indo-Aryan languages including Chagatai, Urdu and Pashto.
In the modern era, when Umat-e-Muslima is in great need of Masnavi and teachings of Moulana Rumi (RA). Owing the needs, our Shykh Pir Muhammad Alauddin Siddiqui has taken the objective to translate the Masnavi Sharif into Urdu through his speeches. He has given the widen overview of Rumi’s Philosophy to the Muslims of modern period. His teachings affected a lot of people and changed the lives of many Muslims.
